Default Best Vacation Places For Hiking and Walks

If you want a great vacation and a great workout, get yourself to any National Park and go hiking. The prices to get into the parks are pretty low. The elderly get in for ten bucks and the disabled can get in for free for life.

National Parks are really beautiful. Look up any on line and you'll be blown away by the beauty we have here in this country.

That sounds good. The post also reminded me of vacations we've taken in the Indian Shores area of Florida.

There's lots of sandy beach area to walk on there. It's also good for collecting sea shells.

Colorado has some great places for hiking.

Head to the mountains and there are tons of trails everywhere. Great place to see wildlife as well.

When I read this title-- that is the first thing that popped into my head. State parks. We have this pass (Empire Pass)- we can get into any state park for free - of course we had to pay for the pass. It saves a ton of money though. All the state parks in my area (I live about 2 miles from 1 and 20 from another) are $7 a vehicle for the day.
There is hiking, camping, volleyball, swimming, picnicking- all kinds of fun things to do. A very cheap day of fun. All parks are carry in - carry out around my area- so don't forget to bring garbage bags!

There is a state park about 40 minutes from my house. I love going there. The kids go hiking, we rent bikes and boats. We also spend time at the beach. Lots to do for everyone in the family.

I really like the AT. I have hiked the whole Pennsylvania part of the Appalacian Trail. It is very nice.

Even if you dont' have a national park near your home, you can always take a walk threw a park in your town.
