I live in NYC and though the public transportation is all over and mostly on time, it's still an unpleasant experience most of the time. There are still parts of the city that are a real pain to get to.
Walking in Manhattan is still a wonderful thing to do. The city is really built to walk around in. The outer boroughs are another story. There are still large areas where you can't easily get to. I wish that more money could be spent on updating the trains and busses. But we're up for yet another transportation hike soon and darned if I know where the millions they take in each day goes. |

Public transporation here in our place is not quite convenient. We have trains and buses and taxi cabs. Train is always crowded especially during rush hour. And I'm not talking about normal crowd, but really largely crowded that you have to got o a long queue of people to get a card.
