Hybrid Car Charging Stations

In the near future, these "smart" cars will dominate the roads. How should the automobile companies and governments do something to that? Should they have a charging station everywhere (literally)?

I think charging stations should be placed in hotel parking lots, malls, gasoline stations, and government establishments.

This idea is very great. Every charging station should be studied before putting in implementation. The more crowded the area, the more the chrging stations should.
