What is the difference between the premium gasoline and regular gasoline? Someone told me that premier gasoline can get better fuel efficiency. Is it true?

Premium gasoline has higher octane than regular gasoline does. For some cars, it makes a difference and the owner sees better gas mileage. For other cars, it doesn't matter as much. For example, my Saturn's owners manual says to use 87 (mid-grade) but in my area, 85 is available and cheaper so I use the 85 (regular) and I still get great mileage. However in California, you have no choice where the lowest grade is 87.

Premier gasoline can last longer then a regular gasoline. You can save more money if you are going to use premier gasoline instead of regular ones. However here in the Philippines, this isn’t available yet.

As tongyun said, it makes difference for some cars. So, is it not possible to use premier gasoline with any car in order to get more mileage.

Yeah, your place is also in to the battle against global warming. However, regular, unleaded, and premium gasoline is what is available so I guess, I can recommend using unleaded for more mileage at the same price.

Premier gasoline has higher octane rating than regular. Some engine may not burn it very quickly. Much worst, it may destroy your engine.

Premium gasoline has different composition than regular gasoline. Basedon experience, regular gasoline is commonly used in 2 stroke engines while premium is used in 4 stroke engines.

Premium gasoline have higher burning point than regular gasoline.

It depends on the type of engine, I think. There are engines that are made specifically for premium.
