Default Pick up trucks
Do they make hybrid pick up trucks? Anything compareable to a Ford F150?

I actually read somewhere that they did. I think I may have even posted on it previously when I was trying to look up the Hemi-Hybrid Engine.

Oh, thanks for the infor simplyme. My son was thinking that they didn't make pickups as he is looking for one. I'll have to search a little bit more.

I think some of the trucks are flex-fuel trucks.

I think there are a couple in 2009 lines, at least I saw them at a couple car shows so I am hoping htey will be out by 2009. If not this coming year, I am sure they will be out soon enough.

I think I have read that dodge have their Durango hybrid. Not sure, finding it out now...

I have found out that 2007 Chevy Silverado Classic 15 Hybrid and the 2007
GMC Sierra Classic 15 Hybrid can compete with the Ford F150 in terms of fuel economy, but i don't know about their prices.

I am guessing that they are higher priced, but with the fuel savings, it all evens out or more.
