Default The Meiser

I can't afford to switch to a hybrid just yet, but I am looking for other ways to save gas and be a little cleaner. I saw this device on GMA the other day that is supposed to keep you from using ten percent more gas. It works with a series of lights that goes off when you are too heavy on the gas so that you will slow down. Apparently they tested it out and while it was on the car, they were able to go ten percent further than without it.

Does anyone else have one and experienced similar results?

I bet it just alerts you when your rpms are too high.

This basically tries to limit how fast you accelerate to save gas mileage. I am sure it works but if you properly then you shouldn't need it.

I found that cunsumer reports recommends it as well. I think it is good for those who dont normally think about how they are driving and arent conscious of their gas consumption as much.

I don't have an idea about this device but one can have better fuel savings in driving by being smart. Many guides, tips and even tricks can be accessed here in the internet for enrgy savings. You may be amazed that small things during driving can have a big impact on your fuel savings.
