Default Chevy Volt

I think this is the future vehicle that excites me the most. You can go 40 miles just on the batteries and then a small engine kicks in. Very few people travel more than 40 miles per day so this is going to be an exciting vehicle. I think that within two or three years the battery technology will allow the Volt to go 100 miles on a charge. There are some good videos on Youtube about the volt that I have used on my technology website (are we allowed to post our own websites?)

Sounds good if you are only going 40 miles a day. When I go out, I am all over the place. I usually travel 60 miles for shopping trips, so that wouldn't work for me.

And it wouldn't work for me either. But it would work for over 80% of drivers and that makes it pretty exciting. When it gets to 100 miles then it would work for me most days.

I'm definitely interested in something like this. I'm ready to have someone come out and fit my garage with whatever I need to plug er in. Well, not ready ready, but mentally, I'm there.

I think that's a good one for environment friendly people. 40 miles is far.

Very economical. I think this car will hit the roads more. Many people travel less than 40 miles a day. This can be very useful to these kind of people.
