I have read about this one, it also states that the 2004 increase in total greenhouse gas emissions in the US is attributable primarily to a 1.7-percent increase in emissions of carbon dioxide, along with increases in emissions of nitrous oxide (5.5 percent) and methane (0.9 percent).

Yeah, but we don't know the exact rating of the nations that don't even bother to care about global warming. Many ads on the internet, magazines, newspapers and tv directly shows the impact of global warming but many doesn't even care because they just treat the ads as commercials.

I wonder what the effects of hybrid and electric cars will have in the coming years? This should help reduce some emissions although this might not offset the increasing number of drivers.
Maybe less people will be driving anyways if the gas prices continue to increase. |

I have read on the newspaper a few days ago that China have now surpassed the US in Carbon Dioxide emission percentage to the total of the world. I didn't hav much time to read the entire article but I have cleared that 27% to the total of the world emmission is now held by China.
