Default Other Technologies?

What are other alternative fuel sources? Are there any inventions that doesn't use any fuel but have great impact?

I have read an article about a water pump that doesn't use any sort of energy. I forgot the name. Sorry.

Thumbs up

Every environmentalist is craving for every alternative energy source. I saw an inventioa on cable TV, a power producing "windmill" that revolves only in one direction weither the wind is at the back or at front, cool huh!

Wind, solar, and hydrogen power are the ones that I can think of.

Why not have some electrical solar cells on each car? Place it out in the sun, parked all day and it can store plenty of power in its battery.

I wish that more people would use solar power. If I were going to buy or build a house, I'd darn well make sure that it had solar cells on it. I'd have it built to use natural light for inside the house and solar cells to make electricity.

Heck, some private houses make enough electricity that they sell the excess back to the local electric company!

Well, I guess the cells would have to be built into the car's hood and body, or else you just know that some crooks will start stripping cars to sell the cells.

Darn.

Apart from solar energy, energy of ocean tides is also used to produce a large amount of enegy. But sunlight and ocean are not available at all the places. So, there should be alternative source of enrgy which is independent of location. One such source is hydrogen power.
