The price for natural gas in Utah is about 80 cents per gallon. So why aren't more people driving natural gas powered cars? It's the government and their asinine regulations that require EPA approval of autoshops so they can convert cars from gasoline to natural gas. From what I've read, getting EPA approval is extremely expensive so there is no incentive to do it. Try to convert a car yourself without EPA approval and you are stuck with a car that cannot be registered.

Over the weekend, I read about how there are some people in Utah who are making their own biodisel and the government says they are breaking the law by not paying taxes on it. There are times when I say screw the government and let the people get creative with how they want to fuel their cars.

Yes, you're right. With the cooperation of the people, these laws can be made into a more favorable one and even more effective.
