Default Common ethanol fuel mixtures

Ethanol (ethyl alcohol) and methanol (methyl alcohol) are two types of alcohol fuels. Use of pure alcohols in internal combustion engines is only possible with special design or modification.

The main thing to consider here is that only specifically designed engines can work with these mixtures. We cant use them normally in our cars.

Yes, specialized engines are the only beneficiary of these fuels. Maybe it can also be used in some modified engines.

Major modifications should be made for normal cars to run on this fuel. Even if there are engines specifically made for this kind of fuel, I think it should cost much.

On the other hand the smoke emission for this fuel is very small or virtually nothing. So , the fuel is very environment friendly.
