I have a friend who takes the bus all the time here (she doesn't own a car) and the complaints are how long it takes to get places because there aren't many direct routes and the prices went up including a 10 cent transfer charge when they didn't used to charge for transfers at all. Since all the utilities customers suppliment the bus line whether we want to or not it seems like they should keep their prices down and provide more routes.
