The thing is, this is a very small amount of money in the overall scheme of things. Reportedly, we're spending $10 Billion A MONTH in Iraq,
War Costs Approach $10 Billion a Month. So why not spend that in one YEAR on this hybrid or all electric technology? I think our priorities are mixed up. It's a token effort.
