Exterior

As always, Honda aims to please the exterior senses. The Honda Civic Hybrid is no difference. The sophisticated hybrid vehicle has rear decklid spoilers and power-side mirrors that are equipped with integrated turn indicators. Thus, with just one look, you could readily assert that the car has an exquisite high-tech appearance. The windshield angles are long and are dramatically coursed into the hood, giving further futuristic and modern appeal. On top of that, the overall outside design is also adequate to facilitate a sporty look.

The fuel-efficient car's exterior styling is slightly unique compared to the features of a regular Civic sedan. The car has a front air dam and distinct alloy wheels. Underneath the surface are body panels that are aerodynamic to help reduce possible air drag into the car.

To some, Honda Civic Hybrid's style (and restyle in the later modern models) is more than subtle. A sleek look is evident on the headlights, the rear bumpers and the grille. Headlights are made to appear lower and significantly more pointed, almost similar to those found in the Accord. The Civic Hybrid's front bumper fascia features numerous intake openings as well as reduced corner chin spoilers giving it a sportier look.

The Honda Civic Hybrid looks sturdy. Though most rival hybrids are lighter in weight compared to their standard platform models, the Honda hybrid weighs more than the normal all-fuel Civic. Thus, the Hybrid is comparatively slower than the regular Civic.
